A startup needs more than an idea. It needs space, advice, investors, and, above all, customers.
Startup Park by iQue is built around that list. It is a ₹600 crore initiative from iQue Ventures to support startups, with the first hub in Bengaluru. The park brings together pitch studios, labs, co-working areas, and mentorship under one roof. iQue plans to take the model to other Indian cities and selected international markets.
Virtual Captains is now collaborating with Startup Park and IQHS to bring sales support to the founders in this community.
Space and mentors help a founder build. They don’t bring in customers. Most founders do the first selling themselves, usually with no training and no process. It works for a few deals, then it stops. The founder can’t be in every meeting, and the next hire has nothing to follow.
That is the gap this collaboration goes after. Virtual Captains helps businesses with sales strategy and team training. It teaches founders how to start a sales conversation, explain what they offer in plain words, and ask for the next step. It also helps them build a way of selling that a team can repeat.
For a founder in a startup hub, this fits naturally. Their days are full of pitches to investors, partners, and early buyers. Each one is a sales conversation, and each one goes better with practice.
The goal is simple: founders who leave the park knowing how to find customers, and a sales process their team can follow once they grow.
A startup with a desk and a mentor still needs someone to buy. Virtual Captains is there to help founders win that first buyer, and the next one after that.
